Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS, Fedex or Canada post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment, delivery option chosen, and location of where the package is being delivered. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items will be well-protected.

All no Signature required shipments are at buyers risk. Source I.T. Inc does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen items where the signature required options were not chosen. No refunds will be granted for these types of issues.
Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select.
We may split your order into more than one shipment, depending on the availability of each product. If your order is split you will not be charged for the extra delivery, although your shipping charges may be split over the various invoices. If you need to receive one of your products sooner, we recommend that you place it in a separate order to avoid any possible delays.
Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, we will leave you a delivery notification card with further details and a pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification when you pick up your order.
For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in the world. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number with your order. Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties, taxes or brokerage fees, which will be payable to the carrier upon receipt of the shipment. Returning Parts (RMA Requests)
Source I.T. Inc will not accept returns unless a return authorization number has been issued.
Please initiate your return request by submitting our online Return Request form. We will typically respond to your request via e-mail within a few business hours of the request. If your request is accepted, our e-mail response will contain a return authorization number and provide shipping instructions; otherwise we will outline the reasons for rejection or ask questions to clarify the request. If you do not hear back from us within 1 business day, or if there is a dispute related to the request, call our toll free number, 1-866-414-9303. In order to ensure prompt responses to your questions, please make sure you have submitted your online return authorization request and have your original order number available before you call.
Returns must be received in our warehouse, based on return shipping postmark date, within a 15 day time frame of original shipment, and be in acceptable condition based on the type of return. It is important to pay close attention to return dates and to return your products immediately after receiving a return authorization number. Returned products must meet our criteria of acceptance before we issue a credit or ship a replacement.
If the returned product does not meet our acceptance criteria, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact you, using the contact phone number and contact e-mail address provided on the original order or return request, to arrange for return or disposal of the item. Please make sure to check your e-mail, and make sure that our correspondence is not being blocked as spam. If we do not receive a response to rejected items within 2 weeks of our attempted contacts, including instructions for return shipping pickup, rejected items will be discarded and no credit will be issued.
Warranty and Returns
If you wish to return merchandise you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization
We carry a very large amount of part inventory and we understand that products can be ordered incorrectly or no longer needed. Please follow the guidelines and we will help you return or exchange the items quickly and efficiently.
Dead on Arrival (DOA), Items Incorrectly Ordered (IIO), Items Incorrectly Shipped (IIS) and items that you wish to return for any other reason must be reported within 10 days from receiving the item to get a refund. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number with in the 10 days period or you will not be able to get a refund.
We reserve the right to test the product and confirm the defectiveness before issuing a refund or an exchange.
All items must be 100% complete, original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, original labels and UPC codes on manufacture boxes to be accepted for RMA. Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return.

Restocking Fee applies to the following:
- All opened items
- All Good Material Returns
- All No longer Needed Items
- All Wrong part Ordered Items.
- Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address is invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $15 (whichever is greater) plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
- Any items that have the warranty label/mark removed that verifies the item to be a Source I.T. Inc. product will be refused a refund or exchange.
- Any items “over clocked” or installed improperly are considered physically damaged and will be not replaced or refunded.
- Any items defaced, physically damaged, non-functional due to user error or virus will not be replaced or refunded.
- Any returns without a Valid RMA Number will not be replaced or refunded.
- Any item received In more than 15 days after an RMA number has been issued will be refused.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on return items. All related fees (shipping and return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all items. If we send you an incorrect item or the item is defective and you wish to get a replacement we will ship the item back to you via Ground Service at our expense.
Allow up to 15 business days for all refunds to be processed. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 30 days from the date we issue your credit to post it in your account.
All products are covered by Source I.T. Inc. warranty against defects.
If an item proves to be defective, use the Return Merchandise Authorization form to have the product repaired or replaced. All of our products are covered by a 90-Day Source I.T. Inc warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Refurbished, re-certified, used, and Rebuilt Items are covered by a 30-Day Source I.T. Inc. Warranty. Defective products can only be exchanged for the same identical part number/ item.
Regardless of the brand, products will be covered exclusively by Source I.T. Inc. stated warranty.
